"I'm 6'1", 155, and the XL fits well. When i was heavier i chose XXL. I always prefer a loose fit rather than a snug fit so i always feel i'm sizing up with these. Thumbholes come in handy. Haven't tried layering yet, just wear as is. It's a cool way to get sun protection in the heat."
"Bought for my son, and they are so good I bought him more. The fit is perfect, the fabric is really comfortable to wear and he needs the UV protection, so that is a bonus. We would like more colours please. It's a shame that men's wear is often only available in a very limited range of colours, none of which are particularly adventurous or pleasing. "I play lawn bowls and sometimes we are in the full sun for 8 hours. My base layer UPF 50+ has fully protected my arms and under my bowls shirt. It is a light weight and ultra comfortable garment, almost a second skin and on those high thirties days, I feel it makes me cooler because it keeps the sun from beating directly onto my bare skin. It is an essential piece of clothing for most of my outdoor activities, including walking, bike riding, gardening, tennis and cricket."
